Hi guys.
So what I said to you guys at IAC was a little short and hurried. I've since had time to think over what I want to say.
I will hold high standards for you, both in skills and in discipline. This mostly applies to sec 2s. You, with one year of experience, should have a good deal of proficiency in skills and understand the requirements of basic discipline. Remember that many skills are easy to pick up and easy to drop, so keep up your standards regularly. From what I have seen of you from the past year, you are capable of living up to my expectations. No worries there.
To the sec 1s, I don't know how you feel about being in 02, but if you come to activities with a passion for learning and the boldness to take on challenges, you will go far. Even as a junior of the troop, never let anyone look down on you, but show respect where it is due. Your skills will come with time, as your seniors' have, but you have to put in effort if you want to be exceptional.
Above all, live your Scouting life in accordance with the Promise and the Law. Maintain your bonds, which will be strained at times.
It's great to be your Patrol Leader, and I will try my best to lead you guys well so that you can express your full potential. I am acutely aware that my leadership style needs work, but with your help, I am confident that Tiger will go far.
Signing off, your PL.
Kwang Ik.
